Podcaster Matana Jacobs tells us how she got help for depression. I tell a little bit about my journey too. We also discuss marriage, libido, and a little more about her orthodox lifestyle.

My Guest: Matana Jacobs is a mom of 5 kids, a wife and a lover of life. She has had a journey with mental illness and can say that she recovered and found wellness. She runs two businesses to pay it forward to the community of mental health awareness. She hosts the Hope to Recharge podcast designed to break the stigma around mental health and is the CEO of Charge to Recharge, a merchant process company that pays it forward and gives 20% of its profits to mental health non-profits. Her mission in life is to shine a light on the fact that we can heal and choose a better tomorrow. She grew up in Israel as a Orthodox Jewish girl and currently lives in New York. She travels the world and enjoys every moment of life. Her mission for 2020 is to increase her smiles throughout the day.
