Pediatrician and fashion designer Andrea Rosenbaum tells us all about her clothing line for pregnant and nursing moms.

Andrea recommends A Wife in Bangkok by Iris Mitlin Lav.

Andrea is a board-certified Pediatrician and a practicing Pediatric Hospitalist. She also has extensive experience in the Emergency Department and Primary Care setting as well as training in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She likes to think that she exists at the intersection of health, fashion, and wellness. In her role as a physician, she works with children and families to not only heal physically but also endeavors to support the well being of the whole person.
Outside of the hospital, she is also an entrepreneur and fashion designer. She founded Havivah Mama, a modestly styled, ethically sourced, inclusive clothing brand for pregnant and nursing women. She also has a blog, Love All Mamas (currently in development, but launching soon!) that compiles the voices of people in the medical profession and real mothers to create a space where mothers can go to find trusted advice and support in topics ranging from wellness, fashion, motherhood and beyond. She believes that fashion is a powerful force in the world and she hopes to use my position as a physician and fashion designer to harness this power for good. She aims to do this by using fashion to empower all women, particularly mothers, to view their bodies with love and respect and to recognize the true beauty that resides inside of all of us.
